The wellbeing of our guests is, and always has been, our highest priority. In light of the Coronavirus outbreak, we have postponed some events. We have also implemented a number of precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team.

Any bookings will be offered a full credit to any of our escapes around the world should coronavirus disrupt the running of any event.  Refunds will not be allowed.

We continue to monitor the situation closely and review our escapes on the advice of the World Health Organisation, Centre for Disease Control and other departments from around the world. If there are any changes to your escape, you’ll be contacted directly to discuss your options.



Change fees waived

Guests who book on any Active Escapes week from now until 15 August 2020 will be able to make one  change to each booking without any change fees.

The free change can be made any time up to 14 days before beginning of the escape.

Any difference in escape price will be payable should the same room not be available on the date and time you are moving to. 

We continue to monitor the situation and this offer could be extended should events be postponed after August 15th.
