Biggest goal you have achieved: My biggest goal that I have achieved is running an online personal training business while being a full-time college student!
Who or what inspired you to do what you are doing now? I inspired myself to get into fitness. I’ve always loved being active, feeling stronger and overcoming challenges. Fitness was not only a form of therapy for me, but it also gave me the freedom to test my own skills and challenge myself to become better every single day.
What advice would you tell your younger self? I would have to told myself to “Pace Yourself and Stay Patient”.
What is your favourite part about Active Escapes? My favorite part has to be interacting with new people who have a similar passion for fitness. I love meeting new people and building relationships!

What are your travel tips? A few of my travel tips would be to have an emergency kit, SNACKS, protein powder and Aminos to stay hydrated! I believe in staying on track even while traveling, it’s part of a lifestyle I truly love. If you’re serious about living a healthy lifestyle, it requires preparation!
