After kicking off in 2024 in Noosa for the Official Hyrox Australia event we now are excited to launch Thailand. Active Escapes are a week long event in amazing locations with like minded people. Expect Hyrox inspired workouts, great food and lots of fun. These Escapes will have a Hyrox expert trainer who will teach Hyrox specific strength, conditioning, technique, strategy and mindset classes. These Escapes are not too be missed for any Hyrox ethusiast.
