Fitness Retreat 2027

The retreat runs 21–27 January 2027 — 7 days, 6 nights in Byron Bay, NSW. We start on the afternoon of Day 1 and wrap up on the morning of Day 7.

You can fly into Gold Coast, Ballina or Brisbane airports, whichever suits you best. Airport transfers aren't included in your package, so you'll need to arrange your own way to and from the retreat venue. Con-X-ion run regular shuttle and private transfers from all three airports to Byron Bay, you can check routes and book directly at con-x-ion.com.

Loads: 6 nights accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner daily), all fitness training and equipment, water sports, surfing, ice baths, the Amazing Race, party night, welcome pack and shirt, a full photo package, Wi-Fi, pool access and laundry. Airport transfers aren't included, but once you're there, everything else is sorted.

All fitness levels are welcome! Our coaches tailor sessions to the group and make sure everyone is working at a level that challenges them. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, you'll have an incredible week.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We also show prices in USD, GBP and EUR for international guests — just tap the currency button. A deposit secures your spot with the balance due 90 days before departure.

Yes! If you book more than 90 days before the retreat, you can split your payments. Pay a deposit to lock in your spot, then spread the balance across monthly payments. The booking form will walk you through the options.

Standard rooms are comfortable rooms with a twin bed setup and shared bathroom — great value and perfect for the social atmosphere. Master rooms come with a king bed and private ensuite. You can choose to share the king bed with a friend (Master Double Share) or have the room entirely to yourself (Master Private).
