When is the Lombok Fitness Retreat?

The retreat runs 20–26 March 2027 — 7 days, 6 nights at Selong Selo, Lombok. We start on the afternoon of Day 1 and wrap up on the morning of Day 7.

How do I get to Lombok?

You can fly directly into Lombok International Airport (LOP), or connect through Denpasar, Bali with a short onward flight. Airport transfers to and from Selong Selo on Day 1 and Day 7 are included in your package, so once you land, we've got you covered.

What is included in the retreat?

Loads: 6 nights luxury villa accommodation, airport transfers, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner daily), all fitness training and equipment, gym access, paragliding, surfing, ice baths, a Party Day at the Beach Club, welcome pack and shirt, daily housekeeping, unlimited natural spring water, complimentary Wi-Fi and a full photo package.

What fitness level do I need?

All fitness levels are welcome! Our coaches tailor sessions to the group and make sure everyone is working at a level that challenges them. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, you'll have an incredible week.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We also show prices in AUD, GBP and EUR — Australian and New Zealand guests may prefer AUD, just tap the currency button. A deposit secures your spot with the balance due 60 days before departure.

Is there a payment plan available?

Yes! If you book more than 60 days before the retreat, you can split your payments. Pay a deposit to lock in your spot, then spread the balance across monthly payments. The booking form will walk you through the options.

What is the difference between Standard and Master rooms?

Standard rooms come with a bathroom and are great value with a fun, social atmosphere. Master rooms come with a private ensuite. You can choose to share the Master room with a friend (Master Double Share) or have it entirely to yourself (Master Private).
