This past week has been more life changing then I could of ever imagined. I learnt that I can push myself so much more than I think I can. I learnt that we are our own worst enemies. I learnt I have a very thick Canadian accent. I learnt I look a lot younger than my age (never a bad thing🤣). I learnt that burpees are awful no matter where you are in the world 😂 I learnt that the words you tell yourself are so much more powerful than you think. Thank you to @activeescapes and @zannaconlan and @ali_conlan for one of the greatest trips and experiences of my life. Thank you to @kevin.c.wendt @tanyapoppett @amandabisk @scottevennett @jennalouise_jl And @andrew_pap_ , our fearless trainers, for pushing us to our limits and making me sweat more in a week than I have probably in a lifetime lol finally thanks to all the wonderful people I met from all over the world. The bonds we created and the experiences we had this week are ones I will never forget. I know we will all see each other again! #Bestweekever
