F45 x Active Escapes

During the 2022 Noosa Festival of Surfing we are conducting a series of events on Noosa Main Beach collaborating with local fitness businesses.  Everyone from F45 and friends are invited to join us on Sunday March 6th at 6am with the AE Team and Team F45 Sunshine Coast for an epic beach workout.
