Kick sits, Hindu Push-up or any burpee variation. I am a huge fan of building relative strength through bodyweight movements.

Massive buffet breakfast with the lot – hands down!
Biggest Goal you have achieved
My biggest achievement would have to be winning the F45 Playoffs – a 10-minute overall fitness competition – of which I currently hold the world record. What I am most proud of, was representing Australia, and getting the opportunity to carry the Queen’s Baton for the Commonwealth Games in 2018.
Who or what inspired you to do what you are doing now?
There are a number of amazing athletes that I’ve always idolised (Michael Phelps, Usain Bolt, David Beckham etc.), but I am really inspired by those individuals who completely transform their life through health & fitness. I also love seeing individuals motivate those around them to make a change.
What advice would you tell your younger self?
My ultimate advice would be not to hesitate. In life you are meant to take risks and step out of your comfort zone. If you never take risks; you can never move forward; therefore if something feels right you should invest your energy towards it.
Favourite part about Active Escapes
For me, living an active lifestyle is something I do daily; so to meet like-minded individuals who share the same passion is something really special. Sharing the same values, meeting new people and discovering a new environment is a whole new experience…there’s nothing else like it!

Noosa and Bali. The Festival is going to be epic!
